This Shipping and Delivery Policy forms an integral part of Admolo’s Terms of Service. By purchasing services through Admolo, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Nature of Services

Admolo provides digital advertising, monetization, and related technology services. No physical goods are shipped. All purchases consist of digital advertising credits, campaign services, or platform-based features delivered electronically within your Admolo account.


2. Delivery of Advertising Credits

  • Advertising credits are credited to the user dashboard upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Typical processing time ranges from 1 to 5 hours.
  • Delivery may occur automatically during system operating hours.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on payment gateway confirmation and fraud verification checks.

Admolo does not guarantee instant delivery in cases requiring additional verification or manual review.


3. Payment Verification & Risk Screening

To maintain platform integrity and prevent fraud:

  • All transactions undergo automated risk assessment.
  • Additional documentation or identity verification may be requested.
  • Delivery may be delayed if a transaction is flagged for review.
  • Admolo reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or suspend suspicious transactions.

4. Third-Party Payment Providers

Admolo relies on third-party payment processors and financial institutions. Delivery timelines may be affected by processing delays, verification requirements, or restrictions imposed by such providers. Admolo is not responsible for delays caused by external payment networks.


5. Custom Campaign & Managed Services

For custom advertising campaigns, managed services, or AI-generated creative services:

  • Specific delivery timelines will be communicated separately.
  • Timelines depend on campaign complexity and advertiser cooperation.
  • Delays resulting from incomplete information or non-compliance are not attributable to Admolo.

6. Confirmation of Delivery

  • Delivery is confirmed via dashboard balance updates or campaign activation status.
  • A confirmation email or system notification may be sent.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing account balances and campaign settings promptly.

7. Service Activation Conditions

Delivery of credits does not guarantee automatic campaign activation. Activation may require:

  • Ad creative approval
  • Compliance review
  • Targeting configuration
  • Account verification clearance

8. No Guaranteed Activation Time

Campaign approval and activation timelines depend on compliance checks and system workload. Admolo does not guarantee specific activation timeframes.


9. Service Availability

Admolo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service delivery. Platform access and credit delivery may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system upgrades, infrastructure disruptions, or unforeseen technical issues.


10. Technical Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Payment gateway processing interruptions
  • Banking network issues
  • Fraud detection review processes
  • Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades

Such delays do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise required by law.


11. User Responsibility After Delivery

Once advertising credits or services are successfully delivered to a user account, the user assumes responsibility for campaign setup, compliance, monitoring, and performance optimization.


12. No Physical Shipping

Admolo does not ship physical goods. Any reference to "shipping" refers strictly to digital delivery of services within the platform.


13. Refunds & Cancellations

For refund eligibility and cancellation conditions, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.


14. Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.


15. Policy Modifications

Admolo reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
