Invalid Activity Policy

Last updated: 01 March 2026

This Invalid Activity Policy forms an integral part of Admolo’s Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Admolo is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and fraud-free advertising ecosystem. This policy defines prohibited traffic practices, monitoring mechanisms, enforcement measures, and financial adjustments applicable to all users of the Admolo advertising network.

1. Purpose & Scope

This policy applies to all publishers, advertisers, affiliates, and users. Any attempt to manipulate impressions, clicks, conversions, campaign metrics, reporting systems, or revenue calculations is strictly prohibited.

2. Definition of Invalid Activity

Invalid activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Clicking on your own ads or encouraging others to do so.
  • Bot traffic, automated scripts, emulators, or artificial impression generation.
  • Click farms, paid-to-click (PTC) traffic, incentivized traffic, or traffic exchange programs.
  • Repeated clicks or impressions from the same IP, device, VPN, or proxy.
  • Auto-refreshing pages to artificially increase impressions.
  • Misleading ad placements designed to generate accidental clicks.
  • Domain spoofing, falsified traffic sources, or cloaking techniques.
  • Masking traffic origin using proxy networks or anonymization services.
  • Manipulating referral data or redirect chains.

3. Popunder, Forced Redirect & Click Manipulation Prohibition

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will be treated as invalid activity:

  • Opening popunder ads that trigger new browser tabs or windows without explicit user intent.
  • Forced redirects that automatically navigate users to third-party pages upon page load or first click.
  • Click hijacking techniques, including invisible overlays or transparent layers placed above content or ads.
  • Auto-triggered ad interactions without genuine user engagement.
  • Redirect chains designed to manipulate referral data or advertiser tracking.
  • Scripts that modify browser behavior such as window.open, top.location, or automatic location replacement without user consent.

Any website found engaging in the above behaviors may be subject to manual review, temporary suspension, earnings adjustment, or permanent removal from the Admolo network.

Admolo reserves the right to determine whether a specific implementation constitutes a forced interaction or deceptive redirection practice.

4. Fraud Detection & Monitoring

Admolo uses automated systems and manual reviews to detect suspicious activity. Monitoring may include:

  • Click pattern and behavioral analysis
  • IP address, geolocation, and device fingerprinting
  • Traffic source validation
  • Session-level engagement analysis
  • Third-party fraud intelligence integrations

While we implement advanced fraud detection technologies, we do not guarantee the complete elimination of invalid activity.

5. Revenue Adjustments & Earnings Reversal

All reported impressions, clicks, conversions, and earnings are subject to final validation.

Admolo reserves the right to:

  • Deduct earnings generated through invalid activity
  • Reverse revenue credited within the last 30 days or current billing cycle
  • Adjust advertiser billing data and campaign metrics
  • Withhold payouts pending investigation
  • Recover overpaid amounts from future earnings if necessary

Final revenue determinations are made solely by Admolo’s internal tracking and fraud detection systems.

6. Chargebacks & Clawbacks

If invalid activity results in advertiser chargebacks, payment reversals, or financial losses, Admolo reserves the right to recover the associated amounts from publisher balances, including future earnings where applicable.

7. Enforcement Actions

If invalid activity is detected, Admolo may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue warnings and request clarification
  • Temporarily suspend ad serving
  • Withhold unpaid earnings
  • Permanently terminate publisher or advertiser accounts
  • Ban associated domains and related accounts
  • Initiate legal proceedings in cases of severe fraud

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform without prior notice.

8. Advertiser Protection

Admolo actively protects advertisers from fraudulent activity. If campaigns are affected by invalid traffic:

  • Campaign data may be recalculated
  • Credits may be issued at Admolo’s sole discretion
  • Fraudulent traffic sources may be blocked

Refunds or credits are determined exclusively based on Admolo’s internal fraud analysis.

9. Publisher Responsibilities & Best Practices

  • Monitor traffic sources regularly and avoid suspicious vendors.
  • Do not purchase artificial traffic or engagement services.
  • Ensure ads are clearly distinguishable from organic content.
  • Avoid placing ads near download buttons, navigation menus, or interactive site elements.
  • Maintain reasonable ad density to preserve user experience.

10. Appeal Process

If your account is flagged, you may submit a written appeal within seven (7) days including:

  • Detailed explanation of traffic sources
  • Supporting analytics or evidence
  • Corrective measures implemented

Appeals are reviewed within 7–10 business days. All decisions made after review are final and binding.

11. Final Authority & Discretion

Admolo retains sole and absolute discretion in determining what constitutes invalid activity. Enforcement decisions, revenue adjustments, suspensions, or terminations are final and not subject to external arbitration unless required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Admolo shall not be liable for losses resulting from enforcement actions taken in good faith under this policy, including revenue deductions, account suspension, or termination.

13. Legal Compliance & Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect evolving fraud detection standards and industry practices. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
