Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy forms an integral part of Admolo’s Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. By using the Admolo platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Services

Admolo provides digital advertising, monetization, and technology-based services. All offerings on the platform are strictly digital in nature and do not involve physical goods, shipping, or tangible products.


2. Campaign Cancellation (Advertisers)

  • Advertisers may pause or stop campaigns at any time via their dashboard.
  • Cancellation prevents future ad delivery only.
  • Impressions, clicks, conversions, and traffic already delivered are billable and non-refundable.
  • Unused balance may remain in the advertiser account for future campaigns.

Once advertising credits are consumed through active campaign delivery, such amounts are final and non-reversible.


3. No Refund Policy for Digital Credits

All payments made to Admolo are converted into digital advertising credits within the user dashboard.

Digital credits:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be converted into cash
  • Cannot be reversed once utilized

This policy applies regardless of campaign performance, traffic quality, conversion results, or advertiser expectations.


4. Publisher Earnings & Revenue Reversal

Publisher payouts are subject to fraud detection and traffic validation. Please refer to our Invalid Activity Policy for detailed standards.

  • Earnings generated through invalid activity may be deducted.
  • Payouts may be withheld during investigation.
  • Previously credited revenue may be reversed if later determined invalid.
  • Overpayments may be recovered from future earnings or outstanding balances.

All revenue determinations are based on Admolo’s internal tracking and fraud analysis systems.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or transaction reversal:

  • The associated account may be immediately suspended.
  • Remaining balances may be frozen.
  • Admolo reserves the right to recover dispute fees, penalties, administrative costs, and financial losses.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination and legal action.


6. Taxes, Currency & Processing Fees

All applicable taxes (including GST), payment gateway charges, banking fees, and processing costs are non-refundable.

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued in the original transaction currency. Admolo is not responsible for currency fluctuations, intermediary deductions, or bank-imposed charges.


7. No Set-Off Rights

Users may not withhold, offset, or deduct any amounts owed to Admolo against claims or disputes unless expressly agreed in writing by Admolo.


8. Account Suspension, Abuse & Policy Violations

If an account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, fraud, abuse, manipulation, or attempts to circumvent Admolo systems, no refunds shall be issued for remaining balances.


9. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment caused by technical error
  • Billing error directly attributable to Admolo’s system
  • Legal or regulatory requirement

All approved refunds are issued at Admolo’s sole and absolute discretion.


10. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

11. No Performance Guarantee

Admolo does not guarantee specific advertising results, revenue levels, traffic metrics, conversion rates, or campaign outcomes. Advertising performance is subject to market conditions and external factors beyond our control.


12. Inactive Account Balances

If an account remains inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, Admolo reserves the right to deactivate the account and forfeit unused balances in accordance with applicable laws.


13. Force Majeure

Admolo shall not be liable for service interruptions or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, government actions, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures. Such events shall not qualify for refunds.


14. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.


15. Policy Modifications

Admolo reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.


16. Final Decision Authority

All cancellation and refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Admolo. Decisions are final and binding except where otherwise required by applicable law.
