DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 01 March 2026

Admolo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all advertisers, publishers, and users of our platform to do the same. This Copyright & DMCA Policy outlines the procedure for reporting alleged copyright infringement involving content displayed through the Admolo advertising network.

Admolo operates as an advertising technology platform and does not control or host third-party publisher content. However, we take copyright complaints seriously and respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and internationally recognized DMCA principles.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content displayed on a website participating in the Admolo network infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal complaint including:

  • Your full legal name and company name (if applicable)
  • Your contact details (email address and phone number)
  • A detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • The exact URL(s) where the alleged infringing content appears
  • A statement confirming that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  • A good faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by you, your agent, or applicable law
  • A declaration that the information provided is accurate
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Complaints must be sent to:

Email: dmca@admolo.com

2. Review & Response Procedure

Upon receiving a valid complaint, Admolo will:

  • Review the submitted information for completeness
  • Notify the relevant publisher or advertiser
  • Investigate the claim in good faith
  • Take appropriate action, which may include disabling ad serving on the reported site, issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or terminating repeat offenders

Admolo reserves the right to remove advertising services from any website that appears to violate copyright laws.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content or account was affected due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your full legal name and company name (if applicable)
  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the material that was removed or restricted
  • A statement under good faith belief that the removal was due to error
  • A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Counter-notifications must be sent to:

Email: dmca@admolo.com

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore services unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Admolo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for repeated copyright violations. Accounts found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be permanently suspended or terminated without prior notice.

5. False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent DMCA complaints may result in legal liability. Admolo reserves the right to pursue damages or suspend users who abuse the copyright reporting system.

6. Limitation of Responsibility

Admolo acts as an advertising intermediary and does not host or control third-party publisher website content. Responsibility for website content rests solely with the respective publisher or content owner.

7. Compliance with Indian Copyright Law

Admolo complies with the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), and will take appropriate action upon receiving valid infringement notices. International copyright holders may use the same procedure outlined above.

8. Policy Updates

This DMCA Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Admolo services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
