1. Introduction
At AdMolo, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent advertising ecosystem. Invalid activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Self-clicking or encouraging others to click on ads for personal gain.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or software to generate clicks or impressions.
- Click exchanges or manual refreshing of pages to increase ad revenue.
- Placing misleading elements near ads to encourage accidental clicks.
- Traffic from prohibited sources, such as PTC (Paid-to-Click) sites, click farms, or incentivized clicks.
- Repeated clicks or impressions from the same IP/device in an attempt to manipulate earnings.
3. Consequences of Violating the Policy
If we detect any invalid activity on a publisher’s account, the following actions may be taken:
- Warning & Account Review: A notice will be sent to the publisher for an explanation.
- Earnings Deduction: Any earnings obtained through invalid activity will be deducted. Earnings from the last 30 days or the current month will be subject to deduction.
- Temporary Account Suspension: The account may be restricted from serving ads.
- Permanent Ban & Forfeiture of Earnings: Severe violations will result in account termination and loss of all unpaid earnings.
- Domain & Account Ban: If invalid activity is severe, the publisher's domain along with the entire account will be permanently banned from AdMolo.

- Do not use third-party services that promise increased ad revenue.
- Follow AdMolo's ad placement guidelines to avoid accidental clicks.
6. Ad Placement Guidelines
Proper ad placement is essential to maintain compliance and avoid accidental clicks. Publishers must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Ads should not be placed too close to clickable elements such as navigation menus, download buttons, or form submissions.
- Ads should not be positioned in a way that forces users to interact with them to access content.
- Ads should not be embedded within misleading content that disguises them as organic site elements.
- Publishers should avoid excessive ads that disrupt user experience and violate industry best practices.
- Mobile-friendly ad placement must ensure that ads do not obstruct primary content or lead to accidental interactions.
- Multiple ad codes should not be placed in the same ad spot to prevent excessive impressions and fraudulent activity.
7. Appeal Process
If your account is flagged for invalid activity, you may submit an appeal request within 7 days by providing:
- A detailed explanation of your traffic sources.
- Any proof that the invalid clicks were unintentional or outside of your control.
- Steps you’ve taken to prevent future violations.
The appeal will be reviewed, and a final decision will be communicated within 7-10 business days.
