Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendor/merchant, or if the shipping process has been initiated.
  • Orders for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., are not eligible for cancellation. However, a refund or replacement will be provided if the customer can establish that the product's quality is unsatisfactory.

Refund and Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt.
    • Once the merchant verifies the issue, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
  • Product Not as Expected:
    • If the product received does not match the description on our website or falls short of your expectations, notify our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt.
    • After reviewing your complaint, we will take the necessary action to resolve the issue.
  • Products with Manufacturer Warranty:
    • For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

Important Note on Digital Purchases

  • If you purchase impressions or any other digital services using funds in your account, no refunds will be provided. This is because the funds are converted into digital points for your usage, which are non-reversible.

Refund Process

  • Refunds approved by ADMOLO will be processed within 1–2 business days. The amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method.
